Regenia is an experienced clinician, with a history of working with people with mental health and substance abuse diagnoses. She is also an experienced Family Law Attorney with a practice based in Wake County, NC. Regenia has a history of working with diverse age groups and ethnicities. Regenia has worked with adolescents and adults, families, and couples. 

“Shattered Not Broken” is Regenia’s mantra for herself and her clients. Regenia uses her real life experiences to relate to her clients. She is truthful 100% of the time, from a viewpoint of compassion and empathy. Regenia is honest about her struggles in personal relationships with friends and significant others. Her own triumphs and failures give her the experience she needs to be an effective coach with those that choose to partner with her. 

Regenia describes herself as a straightforward person who understands the daily struggles that her clients are dealing with. She grew up in rural NC, the second of four children, and is the product of a single parent household. Although, Regenia’s mother was a single parent, Regenia acknowledges that she was not raised by a single parent. Regenia embraces the old adage, “It takes a village”. If asked who she was raised by, Regenia will say, “my mother, grandmother, my aunts, and my church family.” 

Regenia has worked in various settings and served in various roles, including community support clinician, clinical director, quality assurance manager, and case manager. Regenia has spent over a decade developing her professional portfolio including continuing to manage her law practice while also working as a child and family therapist.   Over the years, Regenia has been approached many times about mentoring young ladies and even young men. Due to time constraints and other obligations, the opportunity to pursue life coaching never presented itself. Until now……….

As a life coach, it is Regenia’s desire to work with people to help them develop their goals, stretch towards their dreams, think bigger, go further, be committed, grow, and achieve more than they have dared to imagine!
